ESXi 5.0 5.1 5.5 Install stuck at loading module megaraid_sas

Ran into the dreaded “Install stuck at loading module megaraid_sas” issue. Changing to EFI or different versions of 5 did not work on my old but serviceable Dell 1950. The megaraid is another word for Perc I assumed and so found a Dell based version of Esxi 5.5 and all was well. Dell breakath and Dell fixeth,
